Commissioned by The Bozeman Symphony to celebrate the start of their 2014 Concert Season. This amber ale is a rich caramel color. Fresh malt aroma mingles with floral hops. Some sweetness upfront, quickly fading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Medium bodied with rich toast, biscuit, and caramel flavors. Sparkling bitterness from the hops throughout.
